Meet Our Veterinarians

Dr. Kathy Stidham
Dr. Kathy is a graduate of Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine (Boiler Up!) and is the proud owner of My Pet’s Animal Hospital. She has lived in East Tennessee for 10 years and has been a veterinarian at My Pet’s since 2016. Though she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, she especially loves dentistry and feline medicine. In her down time, Dr. Kathy enjoys running, gardening, and curling up with a good book. In addition to her husband and three children, Dr. Kathy’s family includes a Beagle named Boone, an Aussie named Freya, and three cats named Calvin, Loki, and Omelette.

Dr. Julie Wells
Dr. Julie is a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She moved to the Knoxville area during school and fell in love with the town, so has decided to stay after graduating! Her favorite aspects of veterinary medicine are internal medicine, geriatric care, and client relationships. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, and trying out new restaurants in Knoxville. She is the proud mom of a handsome boxer named Rambo.

Dr. Kristen Wenning
Dr. Kristen Wenning is a graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She moved to Knoxville for a small animal rotating internship at the University of Tennessee and has remained in the area since then in general practice. While she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, ophthalmology, geriatric care, dentistry and fostering long term client relationships are her favorite. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors and is hoping to get back into horseback riding in the near future. She has two pets of her own, a dog named Hollow and a cat named Tito.
